1. Digital Products – No Physical Shipping

All products sold on thekidspamperprojects.com are digital downloads. Once payment is completed, customers receive instant access to the purchased files.

2. No Refund Policy for Digital Downloads

Due to the nature of digital products:

  • All sales are final
  • No refunds, returns, or exchanges are provided once the product has been downloaded or accessed

This policy is in place because digital files cannot be “returned” after delivery.

3. Exceptions (Only in Special Cases)

A refund may be considered only if:

  • You were charged multiple times for the same product
  • You did not receive access to the product due to a technical error from our side
  • The file is corrupt or inaccessible, and we are unable to resolve the issue

If eligible, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

4. Incorrect Purchase

If you purchased a product by mistake or it does not meet your expectations, refunds will not be provided.
